My recent stay at Chalet Royal exceeded all my expectations, starting with the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. Not only were they accommodating when we arrived late, but they also went above and beyond to help me find my lost wallet, which truly showcased their dedication to guest satisfaction.The room, though not overly spacious, was meticulously clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a view that took my breath away. The parquet floor added a touch of elegance, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment after a long day of exploring the beautiful surroundings.One of the highlights for me was enjoying the serene terrace, complete with comfortable garden furniture, where I could soak in the stunning mountain views while savoring a cup of hot chocolate. This outdoor space truly elevated my experience and allowed me to fully immerse myself in the Alpine charm of the hotel. The hotel's convenient location near Restaurant La Terrasse made dining out a breeze, offering a variety of culinary experiences just a short walk away. Chalet Royal not only met but exceeded my stringent criteria, making it a standout choice for anyone seeking a luxurious Alpine retreat.
